Holy shit, this chick was caught with a DUI and then tried to BRIBE the cops to get out of it? Brodus Clay better start auditioning new Funkadactyls right now.
Most shocking part of the story: She makes enough money to offer someone a $10k bribe?! Cop probably made the right decision...
ReplyDeleteThe cover up is always worse than the crime, and to think she was dancing with those kiddos Monday night like nothing had happened.
ReplyDeleteSomebody call my lawyer! Somebody call my lawyer!
ReplyDeleteHuh. And here I thought Naomi would get arrested for having enough cocaine to satisfy 600 Pablo Escobars in her ass. Not because I think she's a coke mule or anything but....dat ass.
ReplyDeleteHas CM Punk tweeted about this yet?
ReplyDeleteCameron: "I'm with Double Double E"
ReplyDeleteCop: "Oh you're with the WWE, huh? So, Miss WWE, what's your favorite WWE match?"
Cameron: "Melina vs. Alicia Fox."
Cop: ".........Who?"
Cameron: "Melina vs. Alicia Fox."
Cop: "OK, ma'am, I need you to step out of the car." *radios* "Yeah, we have a highly intoxicated woman here."
LOL - my goodness. Check out wikipedia Ariane Andrews before someone deletes that...
ReplyDelete"On August 24, 2012 Ariane was arrested and charged with DUI in N. Hillsborough County, Fla. She was later released on $500 bond after someone called her momma. Her arrest report notes that she refused to take a breathalyzer test. She also listed Wells Fargo as her employer and sales associate as her occupation, not listing WWE as her employer [22]:
Drunk drivers are scum. I hope that useless bitch loses her damn job.
ReplyDeleteYep, I lost my uncle to a drunk driver when he was only 19. I think if you're over a certain threshold, it should be an automatic one-year sentence at least.
ReplyDeleteIf you thought prisons were overcrowded now....
ReplyDeleteHere in Virginia DUI laws are pretty much the toughest of any state.
Considering the drunkadactyl has no reason at all to be employed, it shouldn't be too hard for WWE to go ahead and fire her. I'm sure the talent scouts will be able to find some other airhead model that has nothing to offer the company.
ReplyDeleteI feel like someone's gotta say it, is it okay if I take this one? Gosh, I'm so nervous I've never done this before, but here it goes:
ReplyDeleteLadies and gentlemen, I give you your next TNA world champion...
is that the one with the nice ass or the nicer ass?
ReplyDeletethat... is classic.
ReplyDeleteThis guy likes it.
ReplyDeleteJust the nice ass.
ReplyDeleteDid anyone else have a heart attack thinking it might be Naomi? Damn you, Scott!
ReplyDeleteI like when their bottoms touch.
ReplyDeleteShe was drunk as shit, when she said 10,000 she really meant 100.
ReplyDeleteDamn, they took out the momma. Killjoys.
ReplyDeleteAnd then they should kick her in the fucking teeth and let all the guys gang bang her in the ass! That'll show her to be a woman!
ReplyDelete#ILoveWrestlingFans.
I have no pity for drunk drivers but if she gets fired for it it will be the height of hypocrisy for this company, considering how many times they've looked the other way or even joked on air about it when guys have done it. The only difference is that it's during Linda's campaign, but if her opponents are so inept they have to grasp at such a thin straw that they criticize her because an employee of her husband's company got a DWI, they probably don't deserve a vote.
ReplyDeleteSo, at an absolute minimum, this would have to qualify as a Wellness violation, so 30 day unpaid suspension coming up. I'd guess that she'll be losing more money from that than the $10K bribe she tried to make, so it seems like it was a gamble worth taking.
ReplyDelete...dat ass?
ReplyDeleteWe should start a feminist book club here, just for kicks.
ReplyDeleteYes, firing her is equal to all of those silly things you posted. You honestly believe Cameron has anything to offer the company equal to what, say, Beth Phoenix brings to the table? Stick to pretending to drunk while postingt, white knighting isn't a good look for you.
ReplyDeleteYou think this qualifies under Wellness? I say she just gets canned, straight-up.
ReplyDeleteShe's a dancer who comes out with a guy whose whole gimmick is dancing. It doesn't have to be equal to what Beth Phoenix does. She's eye candy whose job is to follow a dance routine and provide the one lone little piece of sexual titillation on WWE programming when she rubs her ass on Naomi's. That's not equal to what a nuanced performer can do, but it has some value. I can only imagine if Brodus came out dancing all by himself someone would probably say "he should really have a couple of girls dancing with him".
ReplyDeleteSorry if I read more misogyny into your post than you intended, but it's not hard to see where it came from. Same as people assuming they're supposed to be Brodus' hookers.
Santino didn't get fired.
ReplyDeleteI did say at an absolute minimum. I was trying to find a lower bound to see if her bribe to the officer made sense.
ReplyDeleteIf she gets fired, it won't be for the offense of drunk driving such as it will be for not telling WWE about it, so they had to learn about it from TMZ before they could spin it.
ReplyDeleteIn general, the cover-up is worse than the crime.
As I said, what problem will WWE have finding a woman who can dance and look hot? There was no misogyny there for you to find. This DUI, her not informing people in the company about said DUI, and her actions on TE have already proved she's not a smart woman, so I'm just trying to find out where you make the connection that my criticizing of her is an assessment of women.
ReplyDeleteI thought I heard that FCW talent makes $50K a year? I'd imagine that even a benchwarming diva in WWE makes at least twice that...keeping in mind that they are "independent contractors", and they pay for a lot of things out of pocket as a result.
ReplyDeleteNeither did Alex Riley, although he probably wishes he was fired at this point.
ReplyDeleteNo offense but that joke is now staler than "EPIC FAIL!" (Thank God no one uses THAT anymore.) and "Rest In Peace, Monday Night Wars".
ReplyDeleteIf all they're looking for is a dancer to do a brief 2 minute dance every week, Candice Michelle is still available.
ReplyDeleteIs it possible to give that a million likes? Best post of the week by far.
ReplyDeleteIt would probably resemble the bonfire scene in "Manos: Hands Of Fate".
ReplyDeleteI respectfully disagree about her lack of value. As for the rest, that's how I took it.
ReplyDeleteMy main issue is just that Alex Riley, Santino, and countless others from the old days have all gotten DWIs and didn't get fired, no reason to fire this girl just for getting one. I know they could find someone else, but she's as good as any as far as I'm concerned. A shithead in real life just for driving drunk, but so what?
Well, I never made the joke before and I saw my chance and was really excited about finally being a part of something and now you've pissed all over it and ruined everything. Great. Thanks. And I was all set to ask if RVD was just a one shot deal, but now I think I'm probably going to cry in the shower instead. Yay life.
ReplyDeleteHey man, sorry if I ruined it or anything but if you look at the 411 comments page, you'll see that joke is done about 50 times a day, mostly by the same troll who is pretending to be 40 other douchebags (*coughElvycough*).
ReplyDeleteWinner, 2012, best obscure response award...
ReplyDeleteExcept they just fired someone for making a joke about an incident that happened almost a decade ago.
ReplyDeleteCameron is gone, specially now when they're sponsoring anti-drunk driving.
That's not all AW got fired for though, he was in hot water for that & then tweeted something promoting Linda's campaign which is a violation of campaign laws under conflict of interest, so they could've been fined heavily for it. Had it just been the Kobe joke he'd have probably got by with a slap on the wrist, hence why they didn't fire him right away and still let him be on TV with a live mic the week after.
ReplyDeleteThis comment is high on the unintentional comedy scale.
ReplyDeleteGood on you for calling him out.
ReplyDelete^ Another phrase that I am SO FUCKING HAPPY died.
As long as it's not Naomi.
ReplyDeleteUnless you factor in the extra charges for bribing an officer.
ReplyDeleteGotta admire her profesionallism...or something.
ReplyDeleteRegardless, with the recent anti-drunk driving campaign they just launched, someone as completely replaceable as Cameron is gone.
ReplyDeleteI thought that your delivery breathed new life into a tired role.
ReplyDelete...Im down with the second part...
ReplyDeleteWhat about the following?
ReplyDelete"Im not booked"
"One shot deal"
"Undertaker's Dong"
Anything with Paul Roma in it.
...im one of those douchebags...
ReplyDeletethankyouverymuch
If Cameron gets released it will probably be more due to how she tried to bribe the cop and to sweep the incident under the rug rather than getting caught for DUI.
ReplyDeleteOn the bright side, if Cameron is released maybe the WWE will have an incentive to push Naomi as a wrestler. She subbed for Kaitlyn against Natalya at a house show on Friday and according to reports it was the best Divas match in months. Naomi is arguably the best worker of the active WWE Divas whose name isn't Beth Phoenix or Natalya
I still feel like you could have waited and seen how it was going to play out.
ReplyDeleteWell, she's gone. She can go back to watching Melina vs Alicia Fox classics.
ReplyDeleteWould prefer Candice Michelle over either of the other two that are with Clay.
ReplyDeleteCameron is smoking hot, that's all I know.
ReplyDeletethat mugshot is teerible
