Promise I won't post as much tonight, i'm all tired out from shitting on that troll magnumda in the marks/smarks thread. cultstatus he even called you out dude. I'm pretty sure he just deleted his whole account in a childish little pissy fit though. Even called out phredric, fuj and chin wins. I'm gonna miss kicking that guy around a little bit, he was so easy
Its weird how they brought in tiffany/terrell in as a referee with no hype and then get suprised when no one knew who she was. I used to dvr ecw just because I thought she was super hot and I forgot all about her and didn't even recognize her when she came out.
Wanna know something that sucks? I don't always get time to watch all 8 hours of wrestling that I like to a week, and things tend to get filed in the DVR until I find the time. When it's Smackdown I kinda don't care, I'll throw it on in the background and FF through it. Impact I kind of like to watch and pay attention to, and since I never quite squeeze the time in, I end up with situations like now where I"m a week behind schedule and I can't watch the current show to catch up.
See, this is how you explain an injury, you give the rub to the heel group and then you follow it up with a proper decision within the storyline. Nice.
Shame Pope got hurt, dude hasn't caught a break in forever.
I've missed a few Impacts here and there because I never remember when it's on. It's not ingrained into my head like Raw is. Slowly starting to change though.
I love that he all of a sudden turned on you for just telling him not to worry about shit, but taking the top stop and running magnumDA off, not a bad day for old jobber on the BoD, its dusty wolfe power baby
he'll be back. I'd be shocked if he quit permanently. I went back and read some of the posts. You were a little rough on him. I get that he may be wrong or whatever, but we shouldn't resort to personal attacks, it's not worth it. Just one man's opinion.
It's just easier. I tried doing the editing thing to add a sentence or something but its just way quicker this way, especially since I often post from my phone and the edit box is teeny tiny
I applaud that finish, as it keeps both RVD and Styles in the "danger zone". Robbie's been out of contention since pretty much the start, but hey, he's not an auto-win either.
I wouldn't usually but he really pissed me off. Everything he's been saying for a week was directed right at me. Basically calling me a socially disturbed misogynist wrestling fan, and it really bugged the shit out of me because he acted so matter of a fact and couldn't have been further off base and based his theory on nothing. Also no reason to pretend to be the only male rape counselor for female rape victims in the world to boost his bullshit argument. Then pulled the bullshit, well you post so much on a wrestling blog you are loser argument on me, while i'm sitting in my office working. After that I had to go after him.
Jeff hardy...I don't know, I used to be really into this guy when he was fighting HHH and cm punk but now, I think its time for him to the jericho thing and put x division guys over.
I never thought I'd feel sorry for any sort of booking situation Jeff Hardy found himself in after what happened at Victory Road last year, but here he is in a mini-feud with Robbie E and Robbie T, and yes I feel kinda sorry for him.
Aj's not that bad on the mic either. He could get over in the wwe I think. Not sure how high he would make it but there's a chance he could get close to the top.
"Claire Lynch is not here tonight? Do you know why?"
Uh, she quit the company about a month later than she should have? Uh, she couldn't handle a little discovery of her real past? Uh, she had another infomercial to run?
I'm a little disappointed Claire didn't hire Joseph Park Esq. He already has experience the McGillicutty family...so I assume he worked on the Beulah matter.
You know that angle wasn't that bad. We got unbelievable heel work from CD and kaz, and the payoff was pretty funny, made the heels look like actually heels.
This is the first time in my life when TNA has become clearly better than WWE. Obviously WWE has a better roster of guys but this show is so much better than Raw and I used to shit on TNA
He would have made for a decent early 1980's WWF TV jobber. He isnt bad at selling but his offense (especially his punches) sucks. I agree with you on feeling bad saying that as well
Aw man, based on this Gutcheck guy's awesome back story, I so wanted him to be a half decent wrestler so they couldn't say No, but he's just not good at all. He looked so stiff. Loosen up, bro!
I was thinking more do the 2008 thing, where you just strip away all the remnants of the previous face prone personality. Buzz his head, change the wrestling gear, grow a real beard, more serious promos.... I mean, I don't want him to hold the title, but I think he's still got a place like HBK had in the 00s.
For an old school pro rasslin fan like myself, I enjoy TNA way more than Raw. I can barely watch that show. However, the name of the game is to drw and make money and TNA has yet to really overcome years of shit. I know I'm being unfair, but they need to push towards leaving the impact zone by mid-next year.
Just got in. Has the TNA GM skipped out to make a random match because two sports entertainers were having a tiff? Has there been a wacky mismatched partners tag team match?
They have two legit stars of their own in Roode and Aires, and a really well booked show with interesting angles and some very cool characters like bully, parks, aj/danies/kaz, the x guys etc. I don't think they are too far off from being able to draw money. I really hope they blow up in the next year
So if this is Anderson's final BFG match and he's 10 points off the cut-off line, he needs a submission win here or it's over for him, right? Shouldn't Tenay and Taz be putting this over?
Yeah he has a lot to give, and I believe if he's motivated and into things he can hold up his end of 4.5 star plus matches so I would like to see him do something, but I think he's in a bad rut right now
If this guy is going to do anything he needs to be repackaged as some kind of gimmick. I mean like a kane/ or vader type thing. His character is dead but I guess he's big and i've seen worse workers
This time and maybe the next few times as well, but you have to condition your fan base that crazy shit happens on ppv so don't miss it. This company has to start focusing on expanding their revenues so they can take the next steps like leaving the impact zone.
Yup he can work, I don't maybe he needs a manager or something. His asshole gimmick is horrid, but I never even liked his say your name twice like an old announcer gimmick. Maybe put a yeti costume on him or something. Must be a way to get this lug over
Agreed. Weren't the three hour Nitro shows (especially when you have another two hour show the same week) the most incriminating evidence that three hours for a weekly show is too much?
I know the WWE thinks they can do the things WCW did and do them better, but in the process they are just making the same mistakes.
All I ask is that Hulk Hogan isn't revealed as the leader tonight. Or any night for that matter.
ReplyDeleteAll I ask tonight is that Hulk Hogan doesn't turn and be behind everything.
ReplyDeletebeat me to it by a minute. i'm willing to give them the benefit of doubt at the moment.
ReplyDeleteAlso don't let it be JJ
ReplyDeleteIntriguing opening segment
ReplyDeleteWell, that was different.
ReplyDeleteThis angle is fucking awesome!
ReplyDeleteOk, that was cool.
ReplyDeletePromise I won't post as much tonight, i'm all tired out from shitting on that troll magnumda in the marks/smarks thread. cultstatus he even called you out dude. I'm pretty sure he just deleted his whole account in a childish little pissy fit though. Even called out phredric, fuj and chin wins. I'm gonna miss kicking that guy around a little bit, he was so easy
ReplyDeletewowza I like how they opened with what would normally be a closing segment beat down thing. This show has gotten so good.
ReplyDeleteOpen Fight Night is a cool concept. Plus, its an easy and logical way to start a feud.
ReplyDeleteIts weird how they brought in tiffany/terrell in as a referee with no hype and then get suprised when no one knew who she was. I used to dvr ecw just because I thought she was super hot and I forgot all about her and didn't even recognize her when she came out.
ReplyDeleteWanna know something that sucks? I don't always get time to watch all 8 hours of wrestling that I like to a week, and things tend to get filed in the DVR until I find the time. When it's Smackdown I kinda don't care, I'll throw it on in the background and FF through it. Impact I kind of like to watch and pay attention to, and since I never quite squeeze the time in, I end up with situations like now where I"m a week behind schedule and I can't watch the current show to catch up.
ReplyDeleteMan the knockouts are actually almost interesting to me. I hate pg diva ring attire.
ReplyDeleteBischoff has to be responsible for a motorcycle club-based storyline.
ReplyDeletewe've got a botch!
ReplyDeleteWhat's the 8th hour?
ReplyDeleteThese two are not on the same page at all.
ReplyDeleteSo, this match is to get the ref over?
ReplyDeleteROH, I think
ReplyDeleteOkay... You still need some ringwork Tess.
ReplyDeleteBut I do like the finish... always nice to have a second finisher when needed.
Also, I do believe we have a new #1 contender.
wow, tessmacher is hot, and what a GREAT name for a women wrestler
ReplyDeleteStart of a feud between Tara and Tessmacher.
ReplyDeleteLol oh yeah.
ReplyDeleteI only respond to people calling me out if its in the form of a letter.
ReplyDeleteSee, this is how you explain an injury, you give the rub to the heel group and then you follow it up with a proper decision within the storyline. Nice.
ReplyDeleteShame Pope got hurt, dude hasn't caught a break in forever.
Good as any knockout feud as suppose
ReplyDeleteI've missed a few Impacts here and there because I never remember when it's on. It's not ingrained into my head like Raw is. Slowly starting to change though.
ReplyDeleteI GOT 5 POINTS BRO!!!!
ReplyDeleteOk. Your paragon of virtue, the Vaginal sand dispenser, The Fuj has arrived!
ReplyDeleteAJ's hood lifting thing is ridiculous.
ReplyDeleteOMFG CLAIRE LYNCH IS BEHIND ACES N EIGHTS!!!!!!!!!!!!111111111111!!!!!!!!!!!1
ReplyDeleteThere has, been an annoying ammount of trolling on this board, lately. Thats why I cant stand 411s comments, nothing but trolls.
ReplyDeleteI gotta admit, I laughed my ass off during "The Dictator".
ReplyDeleteMagnumDA left?!
ReplyDeleteHoly mother of fuck, what a crybaby. It wasnt that serious.
I was telling him not to let the haters get to him... whatevz.
OPening segment was cool as shit.
ReplyDeleteThats too funny bro
ReplyDeleteGeez, I missed a big bruhaha? Eh, must be Thursday.
ReplyDeleteRemember when he was going to be TNA's first big break out star
ReplyDeleteHe did some giant goodbye post a week or two ago. It was weird/sad. He'll be back.
ReplyDeleteBuried him on the mark/smarks thread. Too easy, and what an ass. Talk about a guy who doesn't get it.
ReplyDeleteRobbie E needed to cut an in-ring promo before the match. Let the crowd know how many points he has.
ReplyDeleteNice ass.
ReplyDeleteReally? He quit? huh...he'll be back. This board is too good to stay away for too long despite the occasional trolls.
ReplyDeleteI love that he all of a sudden turned on you for just telling him not to worry about shit, but taking the top stop and running magnumDA off, not a bad day for old jobber on the BoD, its dusty wolfe power baby
ReplyDeleteDamn AJ styles is fucking awesome
ReplyDeleteDeleted his account
ReplyDeleteThis 3-way isnt bad at all.
ReplyDeleteYup. Which takes me longer than that because I have to recap it on top of everything.
ReplyDeleteCan I ask you a harmless question, I'm just curious.
ReplyDeleteWhy do you post and then reply to yourself instead of editing? It doesn't bother me or anything like that, I've just seen you do it a bunch.
...can't say i saw that happening.
ReplyDelete12 POINTS BRO
ReplyDeleteWTF, Robbie E??????
ReplyDeletehe'll be back. I'd be shocked if he quit permanently. I went back and read some of the posts. You were a little rough on him. I get that he may be wrong or whatever, but we shouldn't resort to personal attacks, it's not worth it. Just one man's opinion.
ReplyDeleteWrestler A hits finisher on Wrestler B and Wrestler C steals the pin on ... Wrestler A?
ReplyDeleteWell it's different, I'll give 'em that.
Yeah, I thought the same thing. Oh well, the match was fun and he is still last in the standings
ReplyDeleteAs long as that result ends up getting calfzilla into the top 4 over RVD I'll be happy.
ReplyDeleteIt's just easier. I tried doing the editing thing to add a sentence or something but its just way quicker this way, especially since I often post from my phone and the edit box is teeny tiny
ReplyDeleteThis will be officially the first time I've watched TNA three weeks in a row... well, ever!
ReplyDeleteI applaud that finish, as it keeps both RVD and Styles in the "danger zone". Robbie's been out of contention since pretty much the start, but hey, he's not an auto-win either.
ReplyDeleteThus this is much easier
ReplyDeleteDon't get too comfortable. Mr. R. Timothy Murphy is NOT a transitional champion!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteDuh... Obvious answer is obvious.
ReplyDeleteits his new gimmick. :)
I'd call it damned intelligent.
ReplyDeletePin Styles, RVD makes you pay. Pin RVD... what can Styles do. And it further puts over the "hurt myself to finish you" aspect of the 5*.
Welcome to the club! I watched TNA pretty consistently during their "golden age", circa late 05-06, but yeah, since then.
ReplyDeleteI, OTOH, was not rough on him.
ReplyDeleteI just gave him a dose of reality.
Yeah, it is haha
ReplyDeleteToo bad, I liked talking with MagnumDA on wrestling related stuff.
I read that too Fuj and yeah, you were dead on and actually pretty cool about it.
ReplyDeleteI would buy a book with Fuj /soap box posts. They come few and far in between, but when you get on the box, you bring it.
I'm probably alone on this, but I like Hardy's face paint. Wrestling needs more face paint.
ReplyDeleteI wouldn't usually but he really pissed me off.
ReplyDeleteYeah, I didn't mind Magnum. We had a few arguments a couple of times and we agreed to disagree and moved on. Oh well.
ReplyDeleteapple-tini!
ReplyDeleteJeff hardy...I don't know, I used to be really into this guy when he was fighting HHH and cm punk but now, I think its time for him to the jericho thing and put x division guys over.
ReplyDeleteRedneck scrote!
ReplyDeleteI never thought I'd feel sorry for any sort of booking situation Jeff Hardy found himself in after what happened at Victory Road last year, but here he is in a mini-feud with Robbie E and Robbie T, and yes I feel kinda sorry for him.
ReplyDeleteC'mmon Kaz, of course an Appletini a day keeps the doctor away. Would Christopher Daniels give you bad medical advice?
ReplyDeleteCan't we get a face paint tag team. When has a face paint tag team ever not gotten over like crazy
ReplyDelete"One a day keeps the doctor away."
ReplyDelete"No, that's apples."
If there's any positive to this Claire Lynch storyline, it's that it gave us the awesome comedy duo of CD and Kaz!
You're right, you're alone on this. :-)
ReplyDeletePerfectly acceptable wrestling, although I did want to see Hardy smeared all over the ring (Robbie, Aces... I'm not picky there).
ReplyDeleteAnd the World Tag Team Champions Of The World continue to impress.
"One a day keeps the doctor away." "No, that's an APPLE."
Still on DVR delay. but Robbie E is fucking awesome! Robbie T is cool but if he still had Cookie (Becky Bayless) it would be that much better
ReplyDeleteHey we need an intercontinental champion too!!!
ReplyDeleteThe painted eyelids thing kinda freaks me out, but it is different, so kinda cool I guess.
ReplyDeletePowers of Pain?
ReplyDeleteYeah I am hoping it becomes a regular thing... watching wrestling on a week to week basis has become quite the novelty for me in the past few years.
ReplyDeleteBorash looks like shit
ReplyDelete(sniffles) As a goodbye to Claire Lynch, this is a nice little film package.
ReplyDeleteIt's to bad they are wrapping this up so quickly. Claire + Dixie Carter = Print Money.
ReplyDeleteAj's not that bad on the mic either. He could get over in the wwe I think. Not sure how high he would make it but there's a chance he could get close to the top.
ReplyDeleteNo. Im feeling it.
ReplyDeleteNot with that accent.
ReplyDeleteThe best thing about this feud has been Kazarian. He's been gold on the mic.
ReplyDeleteThe Phenomenal Demon Seed!
ReplyDeleteVery true. Remember when they booked fuji doing the turn on demolition to PoP at survivor series and no one ever knew what happened.
ReplyDeleteThey were over for like a minute when the Fuj managed them.
ReplyDeletekaz and daniels are just on fire. these guys are all kinds of awesome
ReplyDeleteYeah he sounds too southern but if he got a fair shot to get over (I know hahaha) I think he could do it.
ReplyDeleteThe Placental Disruption needs to be the name of a finishing move.
ReplyDeleteTrue, but it wasn't what I would call a successful run. Then again, Warlord was terrible, no amount of face paint was going to keep him over.
ReplyDeleteI hope they give Claire's hospital room number so we can write letters. A placenta disruption is nothing to mess around with.
ReplyDeleteWhat is it with miscarriage angles and professional wrestling? Are they like peas and carrots?
ReplyDeleteThe eyes! The eyes!
ReplyDelete"Claire Lynch is not here tonight? Do you know why?"
ReplyDeleteUh, she quit the company about a month later than she should have? Uh, she couldn't handle a little discovery of her real past? Uh, she had another infomercial to run?
NO! NO ATTORNEY! BAD ATTORNEY!
Damn, Snitsky could've used that a few years back.
ReplyDeleteThis storyline is the greatest terrible/awesome angle since Big Show/Bossman.
ReplyDeleteLolz, nice payoff to the story. At least its over and it makes daniels and kaz look even bigger scumbags
ReplyDeleteNo shit. The only decent one ever was the one that created the Snitsky "it's wasn't my fault" character.
ReplyDeletePerfect comparision
ReplyDeleteI'm a little disappointed Claire didn't hire Joseph Park Esq. He already has experience the McGillicutty family...so I assume he worked on the Beulah matter.
ReplyDeleteYou know that angle wasn't that bad. We got unbelievable heel work from CD and kaz, and the payoff was pretty funny, made the heels look like actually heels.
ReplyDeleteI'll still take *backflips off coffin* over "Do the right thing for the baybee, AJ!!"
ReplyDeleteWHERES BOBBY ROOOOOOOOOOOOOOO?!?!
ReplyDeleteOr a female punk band.
ReplyDeleteHogan channeling the Ultimate Warrior right now.
ReplyDeleteOkay, Hogan wins that one. Now he just needs to NOT turn.
ReplyDeleteWas that an Ace Ventura impression by Sting? Vand why the fuck is Hogan breathing like a pig???
ReplyDeleteJudging by the sounds, that wasn't Hollywood Hogan, that was RIP!
ReplyDeleteRIP 'EM! *hand signal*
God, I love Kaz and Daniels' over the top villainy
ReplyDeleteNow we just need the Aces to start promoing like Zeus.
ReplyDeleteThis show has been really good tonight.
ReplyDeleteKinda looks like Hardy was rocking the Kyle Rayner Lantern mask-thing tonight.
ReplyDeleteWhat if it's Joker Sting behind Aces & Eights to create chaos?
ReplyDeleteTrue. Feel like we've been saying that for almost two months now. It's simply a very entertaining pro wrestling show, period.
ReplyDeleteHeel, Hulkster..
ReplyDelete..good doggy.
I remember he did that grunt during a promo on Nitro in 1996 while he was still a face.. It was towards the Dungeon of Doom, I believe.
ReplyDeleteWas that Hulk Hogan or Ultimate Warrior?
ReplyDeleteShe had to work a double over at the theme park?
ReplyDeleteThey should have made Kazarian the father. But I guess if Lynch is gone there would be no point to that.
ReplyDeleteTaylor made for Awesome Kong.
ReplyDeleteI really like the gutcheck but when are they going to pay off the joey Ryan angle?
ReplyDeleteYou nailed it. Tonight has been very entertaining.
ReplyDeleteThis is the first time in my life when TNA has become clearly better than WWE. Obviously WWE has a better roster of guys but this show is so much better than Raw and I used to shit on TNA
ReplyDeleteHULK HOGAN! BEEFCAKE BARBER!
ReplyDeleteLouie sucks.
ReplyDeleteToo bad this guy's ringwork doesnt match his story.
ReplyDeleteAs Mae Young proved, it's even worse when they carry the child to full term.
ReplyDeleteLOL.
ReplyDelete"I find that a little hard to swallow you JOCK ASS!"
This guy is terrible. And thanks to TNA, I feel bad saying that.
ReplyDeleteThey need to do more with Xplosion.
ReplyDeleteSo this guy can see his ribs? He must have x-ray vision to see through his beer gut.
ReplyDeleteWhy is he moving in slow motion?
ReplyDeleteAs bad as that dude was, he was still miles better than Chad A. Bryant.
ReplyDeleteStreamlined and paced great.
ReplyDeleteWhat is the deal with the Appletini? Is he channeling JD from Scrubs?
ReplyDeleteEh, not too bad. But not impressive either. Leaning NO, but I could see it going either way.
ReplyDeleteHe would have made for a decent early 1980's WWF TV jobber. He isnt bad at selling but his offense (especially his punches) sucks. I agree with you on feeling bad saying that as well
ReplyDeleteAw man, based on this Gutcheck guy's awesome back story, I so wanted him to be a half decent wrestler so they couldn't say No, but he's just not good at all. He looked so stiff. Loosen up, bro!
ReplyDeleteAppletinis are so heel.
ReplyDeleteTerrible ring work in the gut check.
ReplyDeleteLol!!
ReplyDeleteYeah good point on the pacing, it is an extremely important part of why it is so good right now I think.
ReplyDeleteTHE CATALYST Chad Bryant.
ReplyDeleteI was thinking more do the 2008 thing, where you just strip away all the remnants of the previous face prone personality. Buzz his head, change the wrestling gear, grow a real beard, more serious promos.... I mean, I don't want him to hold the title, but I think he's still got a place like HBK had in the 00s.
ReplyDeleteOkay, this Dr. Pol ad seems more in line with the Russo-era TNA... or even the early TNA
ReplyDeleteHe had the timing of a WWE diva.
ReplyDeleteChris Louise is a terrible ring name.
ReplyDeleteAnd this match is not good.
Sounds like a bad Stallone movie.
ReplyDeleteFor an old school pro rasslin fan like myself, I enjoy TNA way more than Raw. I can barely watch that show. However, the name of the game is to drw and make money and TNA has yet to really overcome years of shit. I know I'm being unfair, but they need to push towards leaving the impact zone by mid-next year.
ReplyDelete...LMAO @ ODB.
ReplyDeleteIts 930p EST and The Vaginal Sand Dispenser, The Placental Disruptor, your paragon of Virtue, The Fuj.
ReplyDeleteAnd I have finally caught up.
PS- ODB rules.
Anderson bores me.
ReplyDeleteDamn! Wrong but fucking funny as hell.
ReplyDelete"Hey, what's your name, eh, doesn't matter, how old are you?"
ReplyDeleteI wish random chicks said that to me.
....check the calves!!
ReplyDeleteYeah it's kind of brutal to see a guys nice heart warming story and then watch some suck that bad in the ring. He's not going to be back on tv again
ReplyDeleteThey should hold off and reveal As and 8s on ppv. Make the peeps pay for it.
ReplyDeleteJust got in. Has the TNA GM skipped out to make a random match because two sports entertainers were having a tiff? Has there been a wacky mismatched partners tag team match?
ReplyDeleteThey have two legit stars of their own in Roode and Aires, and a really well booked show with interesting angles and some very cool characters like bully, parks, aj/danies/kaz, the x guys etc. I don't think they are too far off from being able to draw money. I really hope they blow up in the next year
ReplyDeleteSo if this is Anderson's final BFG match and he's 10 points off the cut-off line, he needs a submission win here or it's over for him, right? Shouldn't Tenay and Taz be putting this over?
ReplyDeleteYeah he has a lot to give, and I believe if he's motivated and into things he can hold up his end of 4.5 star plus matches so I would like to see him do something, but I think he's in a bad rut right now
ReplyDeletelol...
ReplyDeleteImpact isnt the best thing thats happened today.
Jobber123 ran MagnumDA off the blog. Hilarity ensued.
With any luck, AJ and Claire Lynch will be teaming against ODB and Eric Young next week.
ReplyDeleteI think he has gotten better in the ring.
ReplyDeleteHis schtick is tired as hell though.
Thats from working theose UTAH indies along with THE CATALYST Chad Bryant
ReplyDeleteThe Joey Ryan angle should have been paid off.
ReplyDeletewait too long and people forget.
They did, before the match.
ReplyDeleteThen no one would see it.
ReplyDeleteThe spinach wasnt gonna eat itself.
ReplyDeleteIf this guy is going to do anything he needs to be repackaged as some kind of gimmick. I mean like a kane/ or vader type thing. His character is dead but I guess he's big and i've seen worse workers
ReplyDeleteReally I think its about high time for Kong to come back to TNA.
ReplyDeleteHopefully he didn't learn how to do a snapmare there.
ReplyDeleteJobber123 = Nikita Koloff?
ReplyDeleteTwo hours is the perfect amount for a flagship wrestling show btw
ReplyDeleteThis time and maybe the next few times as well, but you have to condition your fan base that crazy shit happens on ppv so don't miss it. This company has to start focusing on expanding their revenues so they can take the next steps like leaving the impact zone.
ReplyDeleteHey c'mon that Utah territory was on fire back in the 80's
ReplyDeleteI would be remiss to say that Anderson has the worst tribal tattoo in recorded history.
ReplyDeleteThis Anderson Match isnt half bad either.
ReplyDeleteRay can pace a match and Anderson can work his part. and the crowd is behind him
They only said he needs to win to get some points, not that he specifically needs a submission and that a pinfall win would be pointless.
ReplyDeleteI think Anderson is going to break his neck every time he does that rolling slam.
ReplyDeletePerfectly acceptable wrestling and, there are some stakes on the line. I also love how the main event is different every week.
ReplyDelete(punch) "YAY!"
ReplyDelete(kick) "BOO!"
"SCREW YOU!"
I (heart) Bully Ray. Except when he's trying a splash/senton. Then he's FAIL.
The crowd was really live for this match.
ReplyDeleteAnd he gets a pin. Oops.
ReplyDeleteBooooo!!!!
ReplyDeleteWow, better match than I expected.
ReplyDeleteYup he can work, I don't maybe he needs a manager or something. His asshole gimmick is horrid, but I never even liked his say your name twice like an old announcer gimmick. Maybe put a yeti costume on him or something. Must be a way to get this lug over
ReplyDeleteAgreed. Weren't the three hour Nitro shows (especially when you have another two hour show the same week) the most incriminating evidence that three hours for a weekly show is too much?
ReplyDeleteI know the WWE thinks they can do the things WCW did and do them better, but in the process they are just making the same mistakes.
I was really pulling for this guy because he sounded like he really needed a big break. But man, he was really terrible.
ReplyDeleteWhat about AJ?
ReplyDelete"Hmm, I don't know if 7 points is enough to get him into the top four."
ReplyDeleteIt's not, Tenay. Pay attention.
