Well no, not wrong, because it's still over enough to get your attention. And may I ask what your beef is exactly with having a Great Random Match of the Day?
He's always my pick for any kind of wrestling death pool, but as someone who has plenty of experience dealing with recovering addicts I wouldn't discount Jake Roberts, the holidays are particularly rough on people trying to get clean.
Oh come on, it's BLATANTLY going to be Jake Roberts. Everyone knows wrestlers don't die until they 'clean' up their act and ditch the drugs. Chances are he'll be 'clean' for a year, and have a 'steroid-free' match which he wins cleanly to the cheers of everyone in a Rocky feel good moment... and then after he dies and the autopsy clearly shows he took steroids shortly before he died, everyone will still say 'what an inspiration.'
(beat)
Sorry, long-standing bemusement at everyone maintaining Eddie Guerrero was completely drug-free when he looked ridiculously huge before he passed. 'Wrestling clean' is sure as fuck not 'actual clean.'
re:Jake...just listened to him on Cabana's podcast. Got to say, if DDP really pulls this off and Jake stays clean, WWE should sign him up to a lifetime contract and have him be their rehab program. They'd save money on Hall alone.
