I noticed Netflix has added a bunch of WWE content, including the Ultimate Warrior DVD, Best of Raw and Smackdown 2013, the Mr. WrestleMania HBK set and the first PPV event added to the Netflix roster, TLC 2013.
That's a lot of content that's not on the Network (discounting the TLC 2013 show). Watching the 2014 Royal Rumble on the Network right now, but soon as that's done, I think I'll switch over to Netflix and watch the Warrior set. Good background noise while cleaning the kitchen.
There haven't even been any noteworthy additions to the Network library in a week. They fast-tracked RAW to 1995 and then stopped. I'm telling you, the business is trying to put the Blog of Doom down.
Following up on my TJ from yesterday...during the GMW premier when you realize "oh right...they aren't focusing this show on Cory, Topenga, and Feeny." Didn't you suddenly feel 100 years old?
BREAKING NEWS Just spoke to my source at the pizzeria and they saw my pizza will be arriving between 20-25 minutes. Credit Pini's Pizzeria, Brighton, MA
I'll cover the TNA news because I like laughing at TNA:
"The week after returning to a 1.0 rating level, TNA Impact fell back one-tenth of a rating.
Impact on Thursday, June 26 scored a 0.9 rating and averaged 1.138 million viewers, down 15 percent from last week's audience of 1.330 million viewers."
Pini's might sue you for that...or fuck your dog...or break down during a movie review or video game review...or die in an accident...I'm not sure which story is which anymore let alone which ones are real and which ones are shoots.
In all seriousness, I am going to make an effort to concentrate more on the wrestling side. I am going to type up a Money in the Bank Preview for tomorrow.
The problem is Brian is that you and Scott acknowledged Dave whatever his last name is. You should have just gone with the ultimate put down..."who...in the blue hell...are you?" (followed naturally by the response should Dave however you spell his last name is responded)
Matt Sydal (Evan Bourne) and Drew Galloway (McIntyre) are scheduled on upcoming Evolve shows. We've seen Sydal in this environment before but I'm curious about how Drew will fair in the indie circuit. I'd actually be interested in seeing him show up in ROH and feud with Roderick Strong, given The Decade's mission.
"Noted poster kbjone has no intention of watching WWE Money In The Bank, and will instead be spending the time doing more interesting things. Possible activities include jacking off, choking the chicken, jerkin' the gherkin, and draining the dragon. Oh, and don't forget watching grass grow."
No prob...just so you know my only two friends on this blog, (I don't have friends on this blog for obvious name related reasons) died and quit, twice. So you know...keep it together.
It is confirmed to be 20-25 minutes, unless there is extra traffic, which would make it 30-35 minutes. However, sources state that the roads are pretty clear, so it could actually be 15 minutes, unless it's not.
Yep, that's pretty much what I see it as. Around hour 2 of my shift, there's a thread to chat about stuff (and poke fun at people being too negative of course)
Someone ratted me out to him. That is evident. And for the record, I have no problem with them banning my account. I did violate the TOS and it is their site, not mine.
Any Elite Audio broadcast says that the content cannot be posted elsewhere. They have no grounds for a lawsuit but again, it is their rule and website and I did violate that.
I feel like the ban was fine, even though 100 other sites post the same info. He went too far dropping your real name and acting like a big bitch on Twitter. Dude needs to go back to spooning with his dog and grooming his unironic mustache.
What other logical payoff would there be for those Heyman promos though? I agree it would dumb but it seems tailor made for a GONG! to go off right in the middle of his streak bit.
I'm not saying it isn't logical, but if the Undertaker beats Lesnar at 31, what the hell was the point of Lesnar beating him the first time? The WWE probably thinks "oh we'll make some money off this!" but it's really just 50/50 booking taken to its worst degree. This is why a part-timer shouldn't have ended the streak and/or the streak shouldn't have been ended to begin with.
Bizenspan wrote a good article in the F4W today, basically comparing TNA to the dying days of the AWA and how they only have 9 house shows coming up in he next three months and still no word from Spike on whether or not they will renew their contrat
Taker's "dazed dog" status was a work I tell you. A work! There's no way he shows up that out of shape and meh looking, puts on that shitty of a performance, and then LOSES without it being a part of some sort of plan.
I think Taker has two matches left in him. WM31 he goes out for revenge against Brock and loses, then he decides it's time to call it a career and has one more farewell match (which he wins) against somebody who's not Brock.
Legit laughed out loud at this. Yes!
ReplyDeleteFantastic.

This was so funny.
ReplyDeleteAlso do we think the TNA injury spoilers are legit or just an angle? I think it sounds like a work.
From which night? Wednesday, Thursday or Friday?
ReplyDeleteTable spot injury
ReplyDeleteLet's watch a PPV tonight BODers, any takers? Any suggestions on shows?
ReplyDeleteThere haven't even been any noteworthy additions to the Network library in a week. They fast-tracked RAW to 1995 and then stopped. I'm telling you, the business is trying to put the Blog of Doom down.
ReplyDeleteThese words have been stolen from the dictionary. Please don't tell anyone.
ReplyDeleteAngle, I'd put money on it being a work.
ReplyDeleteFollowing up on my TJ from yesterday...during the GMW premier when you realize "oh right...they aren't focusing this show on Cory, Topenga, and Feeny." Didn't you suddenly feel 100 years old?
ReplyDeleteWhat is the difference between legit laughing and not legit laughing?

I fucked up the Daily Update feature for everyone.
ReplyDeletePini's might sue you for that...or fuck your dog...or break down during a movie review or video game review...or die in an accident...I'm not sure which story is which anymore let alone which ones are real and which ones are shoots.
ReplyDeleteIn all seriousness, I am going to make an effort to concentrate more on the wrestling side. I am going to type up a Money in the Bank Preview for tomorrow.
ReplyDeleteEh, did many people even use it for the news? Was just a catch all for TJ'ing mostly. Can just do a daily shoot the shit thread.
ReplyDeleteThe problem is Brian is that you and Scott acknowledged Dave whatever his last name is. You should have just gone with the ultimate put down..."who...in the blue hell...are you?" (followed naturally by the response should Dave however you spell his last name is responded)
ReplyDeleteAnyone down to watch 2012 Extreme Rules?
ReplyDeleteAnd in all seriousness Brian...you are really fucking good at it.
ReplyDeleteMatt Sydal (Evan Bourne) and Drew Galloway (McIntyre) are scheduled on upcoming Evolve shows. ReplyDeleteTime for you welcome back beatdown Sydal.
ReplyDeleteThank you. I really do appreciate that
ReplyDeleteIYH2: The Michaels/Jarrett one.
ReplyDeleteHere's a news item for tomorrow:
ReplyDeleteKbjone's Sunday Night Plans
"Noted poster kbjone has no intention of watching WWE Money In The Bank, and will instead be spending the time doing more interesting things. Possible activities include jacking off, choking the chicken, jerkin' the gherkin, and draining the dragon. Oh, and don't forget watching grass grow."

ReplyDeleteI'd usually comment on the actual news topics... then TJ if something interesting popped up.
ReplyDeleteThe difference is between just typing 'lol' and actually lol'ing in real life
ReplyDeleteI am pretty level-headed most of the time.
ReplyDeleteI can guarantee no breakdowns.
Fair enough.
ReplyDeleteI DEMAND A SOURCE THAT CONFIRMS YOUR NAME IS SCOTT KEITH!
ReplyDeleteHahahaha
ReplyDeleteMITB sounds like it could be awesome
ReplyDeleteProbably knows somebody who has access and they're passing him info. I'd love if every news site started trolling Dave by posting everything.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the reminder. Off I go to watch it!
ReplyDeleteIt is confirmed to be 20-25 minutes, unless there is extra traffic, which would make it 30-35 minutes. However, sources state that the roads are pretty clear, so it could actually be 15 minutes, unless it's not.
ReplyDeletePeople who just use lol as shorthand for "that's funny."
ReplyDeleteI hate lol and I'm not a fan of lolers. I'm in favor of typing Hahahahaha.
We doing a ppv tonight or what?
ReplyDeleteDid you actually send puppy lover a nice email, or did he make that up on twitter?
ReplyDeleteYep, that's pretty much what I see it as. Around hour 2 of my shift, there's a thread to chat about stuff (and poke fun at people being too negative of course)
ReplyDeleteSomeone ratted me out to him. That is evident.
ReplyDeleteAnd for the record, I have no problem with them banning my account. I did violate the TOS and it is their site, not mine.
Someone suggested Extreme rules 2012.
ReplyDeleteWhat time?
ReplyDeleteDid not said the time.
ReplyDeleteI like this idea
ReplyDeleteAnyone up for GAB 1992?
ReplyDeleteI can't believe they didn't do those NYC shows live.
ReplyDeleteScott and Brian, that's what you get for stealing credible information from a dog fucker. Decreased revenue from your site. That's what you get.
ReplyDeleteJust kidding. I love ths place.
How?
ReplyDeleteThey can't have any legal grounds to owning the news.
None.
I saw a thing on 411 about Taker and 31. I'm telling you, I wouldn't be shocked at all if Brock/Taker 2 happens.
ReplyDeleteI was just thinking, the decade needs something to do with Cedric moving on.
ReplyDeleteI'll be watching Money in the Bank 2014 with my two boys. Kbjone's plans spund better than mine.
ReplyDeleteso is lordsofpain
ReplyDeleteAny Elite Audio broadcast says that the content cannot be posted elsewhere.
ReplyDeleteThey have no grounds for a lawsuit but again, it is their rule and website and I did violate that.
IT WAS ME BAYLESS! IT WAS ME ALL ALONG!
ReplyDeleteI feel like the ban was fine, even though 100 other sites post the same info. He went too far dropping your real name and acting like a big bitch on Twitter. Dude needs to go back to spooning with his dog and grooming his unironic mustache.
ReplyDeleteThe Cedric feud is over,Roddy lost. Now I don't know who their gonna feud,ACH?
ReplyDeleteThat would be so dumb on a lot of levels. Then again, I think having Lesnar end the streak was dumb too, so what do I know.
ReplyDeleteWhat other logical payoff would there be for those Heyman promos though? I agree it would dumb but it seems tailor made for a GONG! to go off right in the middle of his streak bit.

ReplyDeleteI'm actually stoked for MITB, we agree on something.
ReplyDeleteI will admit, an Undertaker's Revenge storyline could be very cool but I don't think his body is up for the challenge.
ReplyDeleteTaker's "dazed dog" status was a work I tell you. A work! There's no way he shows up that out of shape and meh looking, puts on that shitty of a performance, and then LOSES without it being a part of some sort of plan.
ReplyDeleteWhen you have to resort to bringing in people like Snitsky and Zeke Jackson, it's time to close up shop.
ReplyDeleteWhy am I not surprised you think it was a work?
ReplyDeleteIts like the 1989 equivalent of bringing in Tom Magee and Ted Arcidi
ReplyDeleteYou is dumb
ReplyDeleteSo does having two ladder matches on the show this weekend make up for having two Divas matches?
ReplyDeleteCould you possibly give the cliffsnotes version?
ReplyDeleteI think Taker has two matches left in him. WM31 he goes out for revenge against Brock and loses, then he decides it's time to call it a career and has one more farewell match (which he wins) against somebody who's not Brock.
ReplyDeleteStill banged up from his 30 match, is working out but telling people 31 isn't likely.
ReplyDeleteThe January "Undertaker will be working WM unless he doesn't" thing in June.
ReplyDeleteIt's a botch, brother!
ReplyDeleteAt least it's two Divas matches that have actual story lines and plots and stuff.
ReplyDeleteHe got hurt during the match
ReplyDeleteThat's twice as many piss breaks.
ReplyDelete
