Did WWE just tell WWE Champion Brock Lesnar that "Creative has nothing for you?"
ReplyDeleteCool, he'll get to sit at home for months like JTG!
Beyond just kind of being a blah show I thought that was the biggest disconnect on Monday. Cena was all about avenging his lose and winning the title back and then on Monday...No one seemed to care about the title, Cena, Rollins, Authority and having the champ not show up made it worse.
ReplyDeleteWell when you are trying to get people to buy your network why have your champion who is also a proven box office draw on your network only show..
ReplyDeleteMore like "Finance has nothing for you"
ReplyDeleteI still think they should pony up for a Brock/Cena HITC final blowoff match. I guess they covered their tracks with a Plan B option too, but it really should be Brock/Cena.
ReplyDeleteAnd someone please go through the New Jack interview, and give me all the dirty Terri Runnels stories, please and thank you.
So the first time in years the WWE has a potential HIAC match that actually makes sense and they're not going to do it. The company is beyond retarded.
ReplyDeleteso what the fuck is the point of this Cena storyline then?
ReplyDeleteWhat is the plan without Brock though? Cena/Rollins? Cena/Rollins/Ambrose? That is a great way to kill Cena heat even more by squeezing him into the hot feud everyone already wants to see. I'm not sure even the Cena kids want to see Cena beat up Rollings more than Ambrose..
ReplyDeleteLast year did make sense too.
ReplyDelete2013: The Daniel/Orton match where Big Show interfered the previous PPV, and Punk finally getting his hands on Heyman
So I wouldn't say the company is retarded, but Brock/Cena and Ambrose/Rollins is definitely the way to go.
The only thing I can think of is they don't want to pay Brock this month and they don't trust Ambrose Rollins to carry a show so Cena is the fail safe. Squeeze him into the match for no other reason than to make sure it draws.
ReplyDeleteYeah, I would definitely prefer Plan A over Plan B. I'll be disappointed in WWE if this does not happen (shocking, I know)
ReplyDeleteI've heard them all before...Terri, according to New Jack, is a crazy bitch that's insecure about her life and is also a huge whore.
ReplyDeleteYeah, that doesn't help much. Neither does him saying "she's nasty" about 18 times in 2 minutes. WE NEED DETAILS DARN IT. *pounds on desk*
ReplyDeleteSo...just so we are clear. "The Beast" who is suppose to just eat and sleep and destroy anyone in his way...almost gets beat by Cena, gets curb stomped by Rollins and in response to all this...he is going to sit at home for the next month. COWER IN FEAR at the monster who...doesn't seek...revenge...on..anyone....who beats him up..uhm...yeah
ReplyDeleteThat sounds like my kind of woman!
ReplyDeleteSame here, and add the fact that Terri ranks as my #1 all time favorite Diva... Oh dear...
ReplyDeleteThat's only if WWE sells it as him "cowering in fear", which they won't. They can just as easily sell it another way, like Lesnar has already beaten Cena and is waiting for another worthy challenger.
ReplyDeleteThe PPV hasn't been announced yet. This is just a rumor that he's not confirmed yet. It might still happen, so let's not get our shorts in a knot just yet.
ReplyDeleteYeah, it made total sense last year. Of course, the Bryan/Orton HIAC match last year actually ended via interference, so it stopped making sense very quickly, but the booking made sense.
ReplyDeleteYep, I guess when the COO has the key, things can go shabby.
ReplyDeleteYea and if they sell it your way he will come off as the cowering in fear heel who is lying because we all know he was in jeopardy of losing.
ReplyDeleteI'm not up on a ledge needing talked down I was just pointing out ( if it is true) how it looks.
ReplyDeleteBrock being all about business is one thing and him not wanting more Cena because, been there done that is fine but treating him like a monster and then...yea..that kid in the rubber shirt curb stomped me but...meh..
TJ: Tsn.ca's main headline is about a Vancouver player named Bo Horvat. The headline is: Reason to BO-LIEVE.
ReplyDelete:D
I enjoyed her outfits. She was my favorite around the time she was running the Terri Invitational Tournament.
ReplyDeleteCena: I should be standing here as the WWE World heavyweight Champion!
ReplyDeleteAmbrose: *what is this guy talking about?*
GET IT? THE ACRONYM IS TIT!! Ah, Russo...
ReplyDeleteYou may want to try and find out how contracts work.
