Reigns is estimated to be out anywhere from 4-12 weeks following hernia surgery, with a target return date of six weeks. It was noted that the hernia was large, meaning a slower recovery process and that he would have to be completely healed before he could even begin training to get his strength and physique back, let alone bumping.
