The vacant "Open the Brave Gate" title is on the line here in the finals of a tournament to crown a new champ, as Flamita (kayfabe) walked away from the title in December. Here in the finals we have Eita, multi-time former tag champs with T-Hawk. He goes up against the mysterious Dr. Muscle, a man with ties to the Mad Blankey clan (more on that, next...)

DG: Millenials (T-Hawk, Eita, U-T & Yosuke Santa Maria) vs. Mad Blankey (YAMATO, CIMA, Gamma, Cyber Kong & K-ness) - [1/16/15]
A sweet piece of business here, and one of the big building blocks of where the company goes from here. We have the Millenials, whose Mexican-based flavor and pride of being born 1990's has led them to multiple titles over the course of the last few years. However, with Flamita's departure they are running thin here having to go up 4 against 5 with the newly revamped Mad Blankey, who recently added some new members in Kzy, Don Fujii, CIMA & Gamma. However it's what happens after the match that may even the sides up a bit.

ALSO: Ricochet vs. Low Ki
This one surfaced on You Tube this week. Ricochet, the first ever American to become Dragon Gate World Champion ("Open the Dream Gate") takes on the one and only Low Ki. The camera work sort killed this one for me, but hey it's a rarity of a match-up between two of the modern greats.
