Is Living the Gimmick a dying art?

Hey Scott, It seems like MJF is the only one in the business that lives the gimmick whether it be in AEW, NJPW or WWE. Would you say it's a dying art or that it's already pretty much dead? If so, why? Don’t tell that to Minoru Suzuki.
