Faux Daniel Bryan?

I watched Smackdown for the first time in a while. But who was the guy wrestling az “Daniel Bryan”? It's clearly not the same guy who was WWE Champion a few years ago. I heard he died and got cloned with leftover soy beans from a tofu farm.
